Description

A Framed Mixed Media drawing of an Artist in cap and pipe, in his studio with two female models, one semi-nude. The artist and the semi nude woman seemed to be engaged in a conversation regarding his rather idealized nude study. The other woman draped in a rather….erotic manner on a chaise lounge. Erotic symbolism abounds. Mixed Media….I believe it is ink, gouache, and crayon. Unsigned, but attributed to Gebruder Kraft and created in the early 1930's. A talented amateur hobbyist artist, Kraft was a wood carver by trade and made claw foot bases for tables, among other things. Mixed Media on paper. Presented in a contemporary silver metal frame under glass with black mat. Condition- Very Good Vintage condition.
