This is a large antique pastel painting of "A Portrait Of A Woman Scene". it is signed by the listed artist Julius Ruger (1841 - 1906, US artist) in the lower right and the artwork is housed in a tiered gold tone frame protected behind glass. The dimensions of the painting are: Frame: 30.5 inches wide, 25.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches deep. Image: 21.5 inches wide and 26.5 inches tall.
