The artist writes about her work: My work is a direct statement of me - a bit chaotic, disorganized but strategically placed. Believe it or not, I do like a sense of order and symmetry although my work and workspace don't always reflect that. I like the idea of reusing scrap, found objects and especially like getting my hands dirty, thus the use of oil sticks, acrylic paint, ink, graphite, beeswax and varnish can always be found somewhere in my work.
